Refunds

StockValuePicks.com does not issue refunds.  There is a free trial for your review and approval of the Stock Picks List.  Payment is accepted only after the free-trial use.  Any payment transaction is final.

Delivery Problems

Each quarterly edition of the Stock Picks List is sold separately and not as part of a prepaid subscription or a subscription with recurring payments.   Your payment and the delivery of the current issue of the Stock Picks List are a unique transaction linked in a single Internet connection session.  You will then have access to all the contents of the website for 90 days, like during the free-trial period.

StockValuePicks.com is not responsible for Internet communication errors.   If you do not receive the Stock Picks List after making a payment, please reconnect and use the website as you did during the free-trial period.  If the problem persists after payment, contact the Webmaster identified at the bottom of the Home page to get email delivery of the Stock Picks List that you purchased.
